Data Information

Carrier identification uses a 3-digit number-prefix match, while the registered province and city use 7-digit prefix data. The built-in location database contains approximately 520,000 records and the data is updated through May 2026. Some numbers may have a different actual carrier from the historical carrier associated with the prefix due to mobile number portability, number reassignment or newly added number prefixes.

Unlisted Number Prefixes

If the 7-digit prefix corresponding to a number is not included in the current database, the tool clearly indicates that it is unlisted rather than guessing the registered province or city. Lookup results should be verified against the actual business data of the carrier.

Privacy and Security

The phone number lookup uses an internal number-prefix database and does not require submitting the complete mobile number to a third-party lookup API. The number is mainly used for processing the lookup on the current page, making the tool suitable for everyday phone number location lookups and batch prefix organization.
